利用規約

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、Pixel Balance（以下、「当方」）がこのウェブサイト上で提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本サービスに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（ピクセルアート、音楽、プログラム等）の著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、これらを無断で使用することはできません。

第4条（免責事項）

当方は、本サービスの内容について、その正確性、有用性、確実性、安全性（エラーの発生、不具合の修正、本サービスおよびサーバーにコンピュータウィルスその他の有害物がないこと等）等について、いかなる保証もするものではありません。

当方は、本サービスに関してユーザーに生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

第5条（規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
